Special Terms Regarding Transactions

• Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns of orders for reasons attributable to the customer.
• If you find any errors or defects in the products you have ordered, please contact the store where you made your purchase directly by telephone on the day of purchase. We will collect the goods and arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note that if the goods are not available for collection, we may be unable to process an exchange or refund.
