For carryout customers, we are doing the following.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

In avoiding the combination of the 3C’s

1. The number of customers entering the store will be restricted

2. Please wait at the footprint mark inside the store when ordering.

3. The products may be given to you outside of the store.

Zero Contact Service

As part of Domino's efforts to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19
while prioritizing safety and security,
we are introducing Zero Contact Service so customers can avoid direct contact
with our drivers or store staff when picking up their pizza and other products.

After arriving at the delivery destination, the driver will place a portable box in a designated place i.e. in front of the entrance, put the product on it, and notify the customer.

The driver will stay two meters away from your order as you come out to pick it up. Once they have confirmed that you have picked up your order, they will recover the empty box and then leave.

*Drivers are required to disinfect their hands and fingers before and after a delivery to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

*Drivers wear polyethylene gloves while providing Contactless Delivery.

After arriving at the store, either call the store using the number displayed out front or ring the intercom (if available). You will be asked to confirm your order and payment method.

Once the order is ready to be picked up, a team member will place your receipt and a bag with your order on a table outside the store. The team member will stand two meters away from the table to confirm your pickup.

*Our store staff will disinfect the table after each zero contact customer and/or every hour.
