We would like to deeply apologize to our customers for the worry and inconvenience we have caused due to one of our employees working at the Domino's Pizza Japan Kawasaki Daishi Store (in Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa) testing positive on COVID-19.
In regards to the store which are currently closed, we have been able to make the following confirmation as a result from taking measures to be able to resume our business with the safety of our customers who use our service, our business partners and our store employee as our highest priority.
・Under the instruction of the Health Department, the disinfection has been completed for the stores and the delivery vehicles.
・Under the instruction of the Health Department, the persons that have been in close contact with our employees are now staying at home. In addition, it has been confirmed that one of the staff from this store considered to be in close contact has tested positive for the coronavirus. This staff has been staying home since July 29th and has not worked at the store since the store and delivery vehicles have been disinfected. This staff is currently resting at home.
・We have also been able to confirm that there are no close contacts with the customers using these stores.
Taking the points above into consideration and that staff arrangement has been made with employees from stores other than these stores in question, we are reopening Kawasaki Daishi Store from July 30th (Thursday).

We would like to deeply apologize to our customers for the worry and inconvenience we have caused due to one of our employees working at the Domino's Pizza Japan Fukai Store and Senboku Iwamuro Nishi Store (both in Sakai-shi, Osaka) testing positive on COVID-19.
In regards to the 2 stores which are currently closed, we have been able to make the following confirmation as a result from taking measures to be able to resume our business with the safety of our customers who use our service, our business partners and our store employee as our highest priority.
・Under the instruction of the Health Department, the disinfection has been completed for the stores and the delivery vehicles.
・Under the instruction of the Health Department, the persons that have been in close contact with our employees are now staying at home. In addition, we have confirmed that there are no newly infected employees or customers at this time.
・We have also been able to confirm that there are no close contacts with the customers using these stores.
Taking the points above into consideration and that staff arrangement has been made with employees from stores other than these stores in question, we are reopening Fukai Store and Senboku Iwamuro Nishi Store from April 5th (Sunday).

We have been informed that one of our employees working at the Domino's Pizza Japan Fukai Store and Senboku Iwamuro Nishi Store (both in Sakai-shi, Osaka) has tested positive for COVID-19 on April 3rd.
・The stores that the employee in question works at:
Domino's Pizza Japan Fukai Store and Senboku Iwamuro Nishi Store (both in Sakai-shi, Osaka)
From the viewpoint of preventing infection spread, we will be taking the following actions:
・The stores in question will be temporarily closed (Period: From April 4th until further notice)
・We are currently investigating close contacts and confirming necessary actions in consultation with the local Sakai Health Dept.
・The employee in question has been admitted to the hospital under instruction by the Health Dept. We will also be investigating the employees of the stores in question and close contacts, and the relevant employees will be staying home for at least 14 days and we will monitor the health condition of the relevant employee. If it is confirmed that a customer was in close contact, we will contact them as necessary.
・The stores in question will be disinfected by a professional vendor, and when we are able to secure the safety of the stores, we plan to reopen for business.
